Event Planning & Execution
We curate corporate, lifestyle and luxe experiences. It involves meticulous planning and coordination to ensure that all aspects of an event, from the venue to the program, run smoothly and successfully. We manage a list of all the tasks associated with the planning of a conference or event, in date order. We produce the event day run- of-show and then create a timeline to keep everything organized and updated. Our detail-oriented staff allows you to stay focused on your guests.

We create an estimation of financial goals vs. expenses for all costs that your special event will incur based on plans made and then create an event budget. We then facilitate additional research to determine fixed and variable costs by identifying all sources of revenue to keep everything on track to optimize informed financial decisions.
Incentive Trips &
Travel Management
Our professional team works with companies who wish to facilitate incentive trips for their employees or customers. We bring expertise in hospitality management, marketing, sales, and communications. We have a working knowledge of the travel industry, including airline and other reservations systems with trip planning experience for high-end travel with domestic and international destinations. The main duties involve negotiating costs, planning transportation, hotel stays, excursions, and other trip elements. We are detail-oriented - - negotiating and managing payments from vendors (i.e., customization, reports, invoices, etc.) as well as cost incentive programs once awarded to the recipient (i.e., last minute travel issues, logistical coordination, etc.).
